Thank you for choosing to advertise with us! We strive to provide the best service possible, and we want to ensure clarity regarding our refund and cancellation terms.

Payment Terms:
All advertisers are required to pay in full upfront to reserve their ad space on the postcard.

Ad Submission and Proofing:
Ads must be submitted or proofed at least 10 days prior to the print date. Failure to submit within this timeframe may result in the ad being moved to the next mailing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Advertisers may cancel their ad and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 10 days prior to the postcard going to print.
  • After this 10-day period, no refunds will be issued. However, advertisers will be provided with a credit for a future mailing.

Errors by Us:
In the rare event that we make an error (such as printing something other than the approved proof), we will issue a credit for a future mailing. To ensure accuracy, all ad proofs must be approved via email. We will not accept approvals via phone, text, or other communication methods.

Proofing:
It is the advertiser’s responsibility to carefully proof the ad before approval. Once approved, the ad will be printed exactly as submitted. Please double-check all details!

Right to Refuse Advertisements:
We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we deem inappropriate, offensive, or non-complementary to the other ads in the mailing. This decision is at our sole discretion.

Category Exclusivity:
Each ad in the mailing will have category exclusivity. We prioritize local businesses, but if space is available, larger advertisers may be included.

Mailing and Delivery:
Due to the nature of postal services, we cannot guarantee when the postcard will be delivered.
