I've worked in the real estate industry for a long time. Started out in Title Insurance, then Escrow, then Mortgage and Selling Real Estate for Decades. And that's an important distinction. You don't succeed in the real estate business for that long unless you understand marketing and advertising as well as great customer service.
If a handful of us collaborated and put out a good sized mailing to a large portion of the Tustin area, while sharing the cost, then we could all win without risking thousands of dollars.
I know most of you won't participate because you're skeptical or would rather over spend on advertising, but some of you will see the value for such a low cost and jump on board. Then our competition will be left wondering how we're getting more business than them.
An important thing to note is that I love Marketing. I've been a student of it for many years. The power of persuasion is amazing when it's harnessed. So if you have a product or service but you don't have a great offer to go with it, I will work with you to craft a great offer at no additional cost to you. That alone could be worth the price of the ad.
